Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
The item is in the same condition as when you received it.
It is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
You provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues We urge you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
Unboxing Video Requirement: An unboxing video is required to claim a return or exchange. Without it, we cannot process any requests.
Important Notes for Returns
Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged or different from what was ordered.
Minor variations in color or design due to screen resolution differences are not valid grounds for a return.
A handling fee of ₹150 will apply to all returns.
COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges To exchange an item:
Initiate a return for the item you have.
Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
A handling fee of ₹150 applies to exchanges as well.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
